This is for 1 single pouch.

Kinesio Steri Pre-Cut can be used immediately following surgery and can be the most important recovery tool for up to 14 days after. It can be used in repairing damaged tissues, reducing scaring and faster and a better quality recovery. It may reduce discomfort, swelling and the need for medication. Doesn’t have side effects like medications. It can be applied even in patients with anti-coagulation therapy.

    The steri pre-cut strips were applied over my incision after carpal tunnel surgery for pain and swelling relief according to the recommended protocol. The surgeon had difficulty peeling off the paper substrate as he had surgical gloves on. I feel the tape did help with pain tolerance and reduced swelling. I highly recommend use of the steri pre-cut strips for any post-surgical application especially for those who aren't able to tolerate strong pain meds.
