This Kinesio Taping course is taught by Notah Begay III, PGA Tour Professional, 4 time PGA Tour Winner, NMC Sport and Golf Channel Analyst. This course covers the history of the Kinesio Taping Method, the qualities and benefits of Kinesio Tape, and current research related to Kinesio Taping. This course objective is to teach the theory and practical components to self-taping, including what Kinesio Taping is, how to cut it, how to remove it, and how to apply it for different purposes.
The Self Taping Bundle combines the applications found in Self Taping for The Upper Body and Self Taping for The Lower Body.
No previous experience with Kinesio Taping or anatomical knowledge is required, however it does make things easier when it comes to applying the tape to areas not shown.
