Thank you so much for making Kinesion in a roll option rather than pre-cut. I prefer to cut my own as I feel the pre-cut options are a little longer than I prefer for my knee taping. It can be hard to find so I am glad to have found you on-line! I love the app and thanks for your support of the National Senior Games!
This is by far the best Kinesio tape I've used. If you round the edges with scissors before applying so there aren't any edges to get caught, it stays stuck down on your skin through at least 2 days worth of showering.
I like the lines on the back to guide you cutting it. The application I use for my arm I need to cut it into 3 strips from the anchor point and cut lines are a great guide.
