The purpose of this Foot and Ankle disc is to provide an overview of Kinesio Taping® applications which address foot and ankle pain and dysfunction including soft tissue and/or biomechanical issues. The complexity of the foot and ankle structures are simplified in the disc to provide the viewer with basic operational skills when addressing common, everyday lower limb issues.
