Patella Star - Kinesio Medical Taping for the Mature Adult

Patella star

This taping application is designed to support the knee and address pain with Kinesio Taping. The advantage of this application over pure support is that in a supportive taping it may be difficult to pinpoint where “pressure” is necessary for improving the pain and disorder of osteoarthritis. In addition, the patellar star application may help control excess flow of fluids, helping to reduce inflammation and pain. I think that you can also do it if you have a lack of support or if there are other obstacles to movement.
