Kinesio First Aid Pre-Cuts

Kinesio First Aid Pre-Cut is made up of a collection of customizable pre-cut tape shapes. It will have you prepared at home, in the office or on the go with supplies to tape and treat almost any swelling, support, or discomfort.

These are true Kinesio Taping application tape shapes that, as always, can be customized as needed.

This kit is the ideal size, fitting nicely into a backpack, vehicle compartment or desk drawer.

Each pre-cut has their own specific set of pre-cut tape shapes.

There are 5 different body area specific pre-cut. Each Pre-Cut also has an instructional taping video to go along with it.
