The Kinesio Tex Gold is an incredible tool for our training room. The tape is easy to cut and apply. After application, it will last for a couple of days surviving football practice, hot/cold tub submersion, and showers. Our student athletes love it and we will continue to purchase it going forward.

Honestly being introduced to Kinesio tape was the best thing happend to me during my knee physical therapy time. It is amazing I just apply it to my knees the proper way and forget about it for 3-4 days. P.S. I go to the gym everyday hence take showers daily & the tape last this long unaffected
