I love this product! It does not irritate my skin no matter how long I leave it on. It really does wonders for my arthritis I have in my knees. I always thought it was ridiculous that taping your knees could help arthritis but I tried it in therapy & was amazed that it worked! My knee really feels better when taped. Will continue to use this product.

I've tried all kinds of tape and this product is by far the best. Great adhesion (stays on for days and days) and does not irritate my skin at all. Great stuff!
Very helpful
I have used other tapes but they do not stay on and have to be changed regularly. My PT used this and recommended and this is my second order. It stays on and helps stabilize my knee. The only "complaint" I have is that often when I wear long pants, the tape will start to roll and have to be removed. If not for that I would give it 5 stars.
I really love the flexibility of the tape!!
This tape has given my muscles and other soft tissue the support they have needed. I have used this tape to assist me with my plantar fasciitis. It has relieved a lot my discomfort. The tape comes with instructions (including pictures) on how to maximize its effectiveness. I followed those instructions and had a great result. If you have a soft tissue injury I would highly recommend it.
